Ukrainian Fashion Week Reveals SS26 Official Schedule

From September 4 to 8, 2025, Ukrainian Fashion Week returns to Kyiv, uniting over 50 fashion brands in a dynamic SS26 schedule spanning diverse formats. This season centres on the fusion of fashion and culture, highlighting clothing as both a cultural expression and a vessel for safeguarding national identity. “Today, fashion—like culture itself—carries the mission of defending who we are. Through fashion’s universal language, we share our creativity, freedom, and dignity with the world. Ukrainian Fashion Week continues to be a powerful platform amplifying Ukraine’s voice globally,” says Iryna Danylevska, Founder and CEO of Ukrainian Fashion Week.

This season highlights the dynamic intersection of fashion and art, emphasising how their dialogue shapes cultural identity. Ukrainian Fashion Week SS26 opens at the Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko National Museum of Arts with the finale of the XXVI “Look into the Future. The Khanenko Museum Collection” Young Designers Contest. Key cross-disciplinary events include the “Art That Walk” performance by Lysenko Gallery (London–Kyiv), featuring contemporary Ukrainian art; MY THEATRE by theatre designer Dariia Bila; the unveiling of KHRYSTYNA RACHYTSKA’s archive at Mystetskyi Arsenal, celebrating the embroidered shirt as a cultural icon; a generational art dialogue featuring Mykola Samokysh’s paintings and Kateryna Basovska’s jewellery; a fashion-art performance by POUSTOVIT; and Art of Fashion—a retrospective exhibit showcasing Ukrainian designer pieces inspired by fine art across mediums.

This season embraces a wide spectrum of formats—from runway shows and immersive experiences to performance art and conceptual installations—each challenging convention and celebrating creative freedom.

From September 5 to 7, Mystetskyi Arsenal will feature “Clothing with a Function”, an exhibition expanding on the initiative launched during FW25–26. Ukrainian brands such as ANDREAS MOSKIN, JULIYA KROS, MAKI, SIDLETSKIY, VIKTORANISIMOV, and the UFEG platform will showcase adaptive designs, drawing attention to a critical reality: the increasing number of Ukrainians living with war-related injuries.

The “Portrait Gallery of Defenders” returns for its third season, paying tribute to members of the fashion industry who have stepped forward to defend Ukraine — including designers, cutters, stylists, photographers, and models. This powerful initiative is presented in collaboration with PR agency ready2wear.agency.

Charity remains a core focus of Ukrainian Fashion Week. This season, the team continues the “Faces of Heroes” project, which supports defenders suffering from mine-blast facial injuries. Designers and guests will have the chance to contribute to this meaningful cause, carried out in partnership with the YANKO Charitable Foundation.

On the final day, September 8, TSUM Kyiv will host a business conference organised by Ukrainian Fashion Week and White Rabbit Agency. The event will address key professional challenges facing the Ukrainian fashion industry during wartime — from adapting production and shifting sales geography to transforming formats and developing crisis communication strategies. This conference will provide a vital platform for industry leaders to unite, share insights, and shape a collective vision for the future.

Ukrainian Fashion Week SS26 is proudly supported by Visa, Kronenbourg 1664, Perwoll, and Samsung.
